Designated a new town in the 1960s, Livingston has grown dramatically in the intervening years. It is home to well over 75,000 people, and features all the amenities you’d expect from a modern British municipality. There’s a mix of large and small industry in the locality, as well as some highly respected schools.

Although Denver has suffered from the economic downturn of the last years, it has always been a strong and vibrant town and now, with the economy slowly picking up, more and more jobs are becoming available again, which will, no doubt, entice more newcomers to the area. This is good news for the Denver housing market and for all those people who currently own their homes. The housing market in Denver has always been quite diverse and interesting.
